Description
The Honeywell RAEGuard 3 Gas Detector is an advanced universal gas detection transmitter engineered to provide stable and reliable monitoring of flammable, toxic, and oxygen gases in challenging industrial environments. Its sensor technology includes long-life, high anti-poisoning catalytic combustion sensors for combustible gases, compensated electrochemical sensors for toxic and oxygen detection, and long-life NDIR infrared technology for applications requiring oxygen-free gas detection. The detector supports 4–20 mA analog output, Modbus RTU and RS485 communication, Bluetooth connectivity, and three relay outputs rated at 2 A @ 30 VDC. A backlit LCD with text, bar graph, digits, and icons provides clear gas status information, while calibration and sensor life reminders help simplify maintenance. With wall or pipe mounting, 24 VDC operation, IP66/IP67 protection, aluminum alloy or 316 stainless steel enclosure options, and ATEX, IECEx, CE, EMC, and TUV SIL2 certifications, RAEGuard 3 is suitable for oil and gas, refineries, chemical plants, gas storage and transportation, steel plants, power plants, pharmaceutical facilities, fertilizer plants, laboratories, automotive manufacturing, food and beverage production, and wastewater facilities.
