The Honeywell Sensepoint Flammable and Toxic Gas Sensor range provides flexible and reliable detection of flammable, toxic, and oxygen gases across a wide variety of industrial applications. Flammable models are available in %LEL or PPM detection ranges and use an industry-standard mV bridge output, while toxic versions are supplied pre-calibrated with a 2-wire 4–20 mA loop output for straightforward connection to Honeywell Analytics controllers or third-party DCS and PLC systems. Surecell™ electrochemical sensors and poison-resistant catalytic bead technology deliver fast, dependable performance, while the front-end Intrinsic Safety design allows sensor replacement while powered and supports rapid detection of gases such as chlorine and ammonia. Suitable for new installations and retrofit projects, Sensepoint detectors feature ATEX hazardous-area certification, IP65/67 protection, factory-set operation, and simple replacement to minimize maintenance requirements and training needs.
