Description
The Shield 3000 Nomex Fire Suit is designed for maximum durability, protection, and comfort. The outer shell is made from Nomex® Tough, a highly durable fabric that maintains tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability even after 200 washes, with an FC finish for excellent oil and water repellency. The aramid quilted liner ensures excellent thermal protection. The jacket (3000J) features a heavy-duty front panic zipper, ergonomic elbows with Kevlar® padding and reinforcement, radio and microphone loops, torch/glove loops, large expanding hip pockets with the SHIELD logo, an action back for enhanced mobility, and reinforced shoulders. The trousers (3000T) include a heavy-duty front zipper fly, side waist adjusters, large expanding leg pockets with the SHIELD logo, ergonomic knees with Kevlar® padding and reinforcement, reinforced hems, and fully adjustable and removable braces for secure fit and comfort. This suit combines high-performance materials with thoughtful ergonomic design for effective firefighter safety.
