The Bulldozer FR Fire Suit BDUSP2-2 is engineered to provide comprehensive protection and comfort for professional firefighters, combining three essential layers: an outer shell made of 100% cotton with a Pyrovatex flame-retardant finish, a moisture barrier with breathable membrane, and a detachable thermo-isolating lining with diamond stitching. The complete outfit includes a three-quarter length jacket and trousers, designed with ergonomic features such as elasticized inner wrists with aramid fabric cuffs, adjustable Velcro closures, and a stand-up collar with throat protection. The jacket ensures extended coverage by overlapping the trousers by at least 30 cm, while specially sewn sleeves allow arm movement beyond 90° without shifting. Safety and visibility are enhanced by silver and yellow fluorescent reflective bands and detachable “FIREMAN” identification panels at the front and back. Practical storage and usability are ensured with waterproof internal pockets, a radio-compatible breast pocket, loops for equipment attachment, and Velcro strips for unit emblems.
