The NGEN RSR-2500 Stud Welding Machine is a compact and efficient capacitor discharge stud welding machine designed for fast, reliable, and consistent welding performance in professional and industrial applications. With a 2–8 mm welding range and a rapid 1–3 ms welding time, the machine enables fast welding sequences while its continuously adjustable 60–200 V charging voltage provides flexibility for different stud welding requirements. The RSR-2500 features 99,000 µF capacitance and 1320 Ws charging energy, supporting efficient capacitor discharge welding with low-loss capacitor charging. A digital welding-time display allows convenient monitoring, while LED function and error indicators provide clear operating information. The machine offers a 100% duty cycle and operates on a 230 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz power supply. Suitable for welding steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and brass, the RSR-2500 can be used with compatible welding guns including PKM-1B, PHM-1A, and PIM-1B.
