The NGEN – ACDC315 multifunctional welding machine combines advanced control technology with reliable performance to meet demanding industrial welding requirements. Equipped with high-speed fan cooling and low temperature rise of power components, it ensures long-term stable operation even under heavy workloads. The 32-bit MCU control system provides fast response and precise arc control, allowing stable arc ignition at low currents as low as 10A and eliminating arc blow. The machine supports DC manual welding as well as AC/DC pulse TIG welding, offering 2T and 4T modes for efficient operation. Adjustable pulse frequency, peak and base current values, gas delay, and pulse width cleaning help achieve clean, secure weld beads without discoloration. Multiple output waveforms including square, sine, and triangular waves further enhance welding flexibility. Designed with comprehensive overcurrent and overheating protection, the ACDC315 operates reliably even with unstable input voltage and is capable of welding carbon steel, low-alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and aluminum alloys with consistent, high-quality results.
