Description
The NGEN-GAU1250 welding machine is a professional-grade power source engineered for demanding industrial welding tasks. It can operate normally with grid voltages between 320V and 480V and features a 60% duty cycle at 1250A/44V, with a maximum short-circuit current of 1500A. Supporting multiple output modes including MM/arc gouging, CC SAW, and CV SAW, and using imported INFINEON power devices for high reliability, the GAU1250 ensures safe, efficient, and consistent welding performance. Built with three-proofing design, it operates reliably in extremely harsh environments. Supplied with a welding carriage, 15-meter welding cable, and 3-meter earthing cable, it supports submerged arc welding (SAW), MMA welding, carbon arc gouging, and both CC and CV modes. Submerged Arc Welding provides high-quality welds by forming an arc between a continuously fed electrode and the workpiece, protected by flux that generates a gas shield and slag to safeguard the weld zone.
