The NGEN-GAU1000 is a professional-grade welding power source engineered for heavy industrial applications. It features strong resistance to power grid fluctuations, allowing operation between 320V and 480V. With a 100% duty cycle at 1000A/44V and maximum short-circuit current of 1500A, it supports multiple output modes, including MM/arc gouging, CC SAW, and CV SAW. Imported INFINEON power devices ensure high reliability, while multiple protection functions—including overcurrent, overheat, phase loss, overvoltage, and undervoltage protections—guarantee safe operation. Designed with professional three-proofing, the GAU1000 performs reliably in harsh environments. Supplied with a welding carriage, 15m welding cable, and 3m earthing cable, it supports submerged arc welding (SAW), MMA welding, carbon arc gouging, and both CC and CV modes. Submerged Arc Welding allows formation of an arc between a continuously fed electrode and the workpiece, covered by flux to provide electrical conduction, gas shielding, and slag protection, ensuring high-quality welds for demanding industrial projects.
