Description
The Multi Trauma Training Manikin is designed for realistic and challenging multi-trauma rescue training scenarios, allowing rescuers to practise complex injuries such as impalement and amputations. Constructed from tough flame-retardant polyester, the manikin is suitable for demanding environments including confined spaces, USAR incidents, Hazmat/CBRN scenarios, road traffic collisions (RTC), and general casualty handling. Its anatomically correct weight distribution provides the realistic feel of an unconscious casualty, while removable right-side limbs can be completely or partially detached using Velcro to simulate injuries during recovery. A polypropylene plastic sleeve allows scaffold poles, concrete reinforcing bars, and fence posts to be used for impalement simulations. The waterproof polyester construction supports wet and contaminated training scenarios and makes cleaning and drying easier. Soft body joints help reduce pinch welts and bruising, while the neck accommodates an immobilisation or extrication collar for casualty-care training. The manikin is reinforced with high-density polypropylene webbing and supplied with replaceable boots and overalls.
