The MSA PremAire® Escape SCBA is a positive pressure, short-duration compressed air emergency escape device (EN 402) designed to protect users while escaping from toxic or hazardous atmospheres. With a rapid donning procedure taking less than 5 seconds, it ensures fast and effective escape from environments with potential industrial gas leaks or harsh chemicals. The device offers an air supply of 10-15 minutes and comes standard with a 3S full-face mask. For high-concentration gas leaks like deadly H2S, the PremAire Mask-Hood option is available, providing two independent protection barriers and a high protection factor. The device features a one-piece cylinder valve and first-stage pressure reducer for reduced size and profile, along with a recessed pressure gauge to protect the gauge from damage. The easy-access filling port allows for quick refills at either 200 or 300 bar pressures, while the 2.0 L or 3.0 L composite or steel cylinder options provide 15 or 20 minutes of air supply. A low-pressure whistle option increases safety, while the carrying bag offers protection for the compressed air cylinder and simplifies storage.
