Description
The Advanced Water Rescue Toddler is an advanced drowning simulation manikin designed for rescue professionals and medical trainees who need to practise both water recovery and post-rescue clinical care. Developed through collaboration between Ruth Lee and Lifecast Body Simulation, it features a high-tech ALS drowning toddler torso with realistic airway anatomy and specialist technology that replicates hydrostatic squeeze. Water can be introduced into the lung system to simulate submerged or immersed drowning scenarios and create realistic pulmonary oedema effects. The manikin supports chin lift and jaw thrust, NPA and OPA insertion, nasal and orotracheal intubation, LMA and i-gel insertion, bag valve mask ventilation, mechanical ventilation, suction, chest rise and fall, and CPR with built-in recoil. Its rugged outer body provides buoyancy in different water environments, while foam pads and a tether point allow submerged rescue scenarios. The set includes a storage backpack, AWRM Toddler Torso, foaming tablet kit, syringe, connector tap, repair kit, and USB training videos. It is suitable for coastguards, lifeguards, military teams, refugee rescue teams, fire and rescue services, maritime companies, cruise ships, and professional water rescue teams.
