The PAB Fire 05 helmet is built for demanding structural firefighting applications, with a shell made from glass fibre-reinforced thermoplastic that delivers outstanding resistance to impact, flame, radiant heat (up to 14 kW/m²), and extreme temperatures (tested up to 1,000 °C in a 10-second flash over flame and down to −30 °C), while offering a broad selection of accessories and upgrades such as integrated ATEX & IP67 LED lighting, reflective elements, wash-and-replace washable interior padding, neck protection options (aluminized, meta-aramid or wool), visor and eye protector certified to EN 14458:2018, and reliable lighting/torch mounts; all this in a helmet made to fit head sizes from roughly 52-65 cm, with a ratchet adjustment system, three-point fire-retardant chinstrap, and certifications ensuring both protection and compliance in structural, wildland, and rescue operations.
