The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2097/07184(AAD), P100, is a high-performance filter designed to offer NIOSH-approved protection in environments containing both oil and non-oil based particles. In addition to its P100 particulate protection, this filter also includes nuisance level organic vapor relief, making it ideal for workplaces where both airborne particulates and low-level organic vapors are present. This filter features a bayonet-style connection that easily fits a wide range of compatible 3M™ Half and Full Facepiece Reusable Respirators, including the 6000, 6500, 7500, 7800S, FF-400 Series, and the 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 SureSeal and AV-3000 HT. The advanced Electret Media (AEM) design ensures lightweight comfort and low breathing resistance, providing easy breathing in challenging work environments. The quarter-turn twist mechanism allows for quick and secure filter installation, while its flame-resistant construction enhances safety in hazardous environments. These filters are designed for use in occupational settings to help reduce inhalation exposure to harmful airborne particles, including biological contaminants. 3M™ Particulate Filters 2097/07184(AAD) are not suitable for environments immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or those with hazardous levels of organic vapors and/or acid gases (except hydrogen fluoride on certain models). For optimal performance, replace the filters when they become dirty, damaged, or difficult to breathe through.
