The Moldex 2400N95 Plus Particulate Respirator with Exhale Valve is designed for workers who need protection from both non-oil-based particulates and nuisance levels of organic vapors and ozone. This respirator features an added carbon layer to filter out low-level ozone and organic vapors (below OSHA’s permissible exposure limit). It’s perfect for use in environments like welding, arc cutting, and foundry operations, where welding fumes are common but free of oil. The Dura-Mesh® shell ensures long-lasting durability by resisting collapse in heat and humidity, while the molded nose bridge allows for an easy and comfortable fit, without the need for a metal noseband. The facepiece is naturally contoured, reducing pressure, and the Softspun® lining ensures all-day comfort. A soft foam nose cushion adds extra comfort, while the secure straps ensure a reliable seal. Certified to filter 95% or greater of non-oil-based particulates, this respirator meets ANSI/ISEA 110-2009 standards for heat and flame resistance and is 100% PVC-free, contributing to a greener alternative.
