The 3M™ Gas, Vapour, and Particulate Filter, A2B2E2K2HgP3 + Formaldehyde, 6099, is NIOSH approved to provide comprehensive protection against a range of gases, vapors, particulates, and formaldehyde, depending on the model selected. Designed to fit a wide variety of 3M™ reusable respirators with its bayonet-style connection, these filters ensure easy and secure attachment. The low-profile, swept-back design maximizes field of vision and comfort, while the lightweight construction reduces fatigue during long shifts. With a simple quarter-turn installation, these filters are easy to change, helping to reduce inventory needs for various industrial applications. They balance breathability with long-lasting performance, as the carbon layers and filter geometry effectively adsorb contaminants. These filters offer protection from gas and vapor concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and up to 50 times the OSHA PEL with quantitatively fit-tested full facepieces. 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapor Cartridges with Particulate Filters are designed for use in hazardous environments and come with access to 3M’s Select and Service Life Software for determining the appropriate filter for your specific workplace and change-out schedules. Not suitable for use in immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) environments. Replace filters when indicated by smell, taste, or irritation from contaminants.
