Description
The USP-16000(06) Retractable Fall Arrest Block-ANSI is designed for work-at-height fall protection applications requiring a retractable wire rope system. Its casing is made from high-impact-strength polymer to help protect the block from damage. The unit uses a 5 mm galvanized steel wire rope lifeline and features an anchorage eye with swivel action, which helps prevent undue rope twisting during use or in the event of a fall. It has a 15 kN minimum breaking strength and can be supplied with various UFS hook options according to requirements. The USP-16000(06) has a specified weight of 4.4 kg and conforms to ANSI Z359.14-2021.
