The NGEN S1 QCW Spot Welding Machine is a portable, high-precision QCW fiber laser welding machine engineered for accurate spot welding in demanding metal fabrication applications. Its integrated compact design provides flexible operation in space-restricted work environments, while adjustable laser power from 10% to 100%, pulse frequency, pulse duration, modulation frequency, and duty cycle allow precise control of welding energy. The machine supports up to 19 customizable welding program libraries and features a D80 fiber optic interface, protective gas control, optical safety shutter interlock, and air-cooled operation. With its compact 374.5 × 191 × 330 mm dimensions and 12 kg weight, the NGEN S1 is suitable for thin-sheet metal welding, advertising sign fabrication, lighting product assembly, precision metal fabrication, DIY manufacturing, and small-scale welding applications.
