The NGEN FP-6020HE 20kW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine is a high-performance CNC laser cutting system engineered for demanding industrial metal fabrication and high-volume production environments. Powered by a 20,000W fiber laser source, the machine is designed for cutting carbon steel up to 60mm, stainless steel up to 60mm, and aluminium up to 40mm, while also supporting brass and other compatible metals. Its 6050 × 2050mm cutting table provides a large working area, with optional table configurations of 3000 × 1500mm, 4000 × 2000mm, and 6000 × 2500mm. The open-type frame incorporates a pallet exchange system, allowing operators to load and unload one table while the other continues cutting, helping reduce production downtime and improve workflow efficiency. The heavy plate welded machine bed provides structural strength and heat resistance, while the segmented matrix ventilation system supports 360-degree fume extraction for effective removal of smoke, dust, and cutting gases. The machine achieves a maximum moving speed of 170 m/min with 1.5G acceleration and ±0.05mm/m X/Y positioning and repeat positioning accuracy. Its FSCUT8000C EtherCAT BUS CNC control system provides intelligent path optimisation, on-screen diagnosis, multi-plate edge inspection, dual-drive torque protection, perforated slag removal, air pressure correction, and MES system access for connected manufacturing environments. The BOCI BLT 6 series cutting head supports 2D, 3D, and bevel cutting, while protective features include collision protection, protective window contamination monitoring, and real-time gas pressure monitoring.
