Description
The Duty Training Manikin provides realistic and durable casualty simulation for professional emergency rescue and safety training. Its anatomically correct weight distribution gives trainers the feel of an unconscious casualty, while soft body joints help reduce the risk of pinch injuries and bruising associated with rigid plastic manikins. Constructed from tough, water-repellent materials, the manikin is designed to withstand demanding training environments, including being buried under concrete or steel lintels, driven over by a 4×4 vehicle, or dropped from height. A strong webbing loop supports handling, hauling, suspension, storage, and drying, while an immobilisation/extrication collar can be fitted to adult models for realistic casualty-care exercises. Available in multiple sizes and weights from 5 kg baby models to 90 kg adult models, the Duty Training Manikin is suitable for Fire & Rescue Services, Police, Ambulance/EMS, HART teams, industrial health and safety teams, USAR, HAZMAT/CBRN, RTC, confined-space rescue, and general emergency response training. Optional shoutbox functionality allows trainers to add a recorded casualty message of up to 60 seconds.
