Description
The Druck DPI610E Hydraulic Handheld Pressure Calibrator combines pressure measurement and generation, signal measurement, and loop power in a rugged, portable instrument designed for instrument technicians. As the sixth generation of the DPI600 family, it features improved pump capabilities and an intuitive touch and button user interface.
The DPI610E provides pneumatic pressure and vacuum capabilities up to 35 bar (500 psi / 3.5 MPa) and hydraulic pressure generation up to 1000 bar (15,000 psi / 100 MPa). An integrated barometer supports accurate pseudo-pressure measurements, while HART communication is provided as standard.
With total one-year pressure uncertainty down to 0.025% FS over -10°C to +50°C, the DPI610E delivers precise calibration performance. Additional features include an integral calibration record, calibration due countdown, backlit high-contrast display, full data logging, and local documenting capabilities. Optional PM700E remote pressure sensors and an RTD-INTERFACE provide added flexibility for specialized applications. Quick-fit pressure adapters and hoses help reduce the risk of leaks during field testing, and the unit is also available in an intrinsically safe hazardous-area version.
