Description
The CHIBA Fireshark II firefighter gloves are designed for maximum protection and performance under extreme firefighting conditions. The gloves feature a Carbon X® shell for superior heat resistance, while the palm is crafted from leather with silicone coating for excellent tactile feel, grip, and traction, even on wet surfaces. The inner lining is made of a Kevlar®-glass fiber mixture for highest cut resistance (level 5) and optimal insulation, complemented by 100% para-aramid felt for added thermal protection. A waterproof and breathable Eurotex® membrane ensures dryness and comfort, while elastic wrist contraction provides a snug fit. Additional features include silicone palm protection, pre-curved fingers for ergonomic fit, and 3M® reflective stripes for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. All seams are reinforced with Kevlar® thread for durability. Compliant with EN 659:2003+A1:2008 and suitable for general firefighting, these gloves are available in sizes 7–13, approximately 30 cm in length, and offer professional-grade protection, dexterity, and comfort.
