The Bulldozer TS GFAS 1000 Aluminized Firefighting Suit is engineered to provide maximum protection against radiant and convective heat. The multi-layer system includes an aluminized E-Glass outer layer (510 ± 15 g/m², EN ISO 11612 A1B1C4), aramid felt heat barrier, and a flame-retardant inner layer, all stitched with aramid thread. The jacket features a 60 cm one-way panic zipper concealed under a storm flap with FR Velcro, flame-retardant knitted cuffs, wide collar with FR Velcro closure, elastic waistbands, and an additional back section for breathing apparatus support. The trousers include a front FR Velcro closure, elastic ankle bands, and adjustable braces attached to the waist. The hood is multi-layered with adjustable side belts and a gold-coated PC visor (260 x 150 x 1 mm). Gloves are aluminized, multi-layered with long cuffs, and leggins include aluminized bands with Velcro for secure boot coverage. The suit is certified to EN ISO 13688:2013, with helmet compliance to EN 397 and EN 50365, offering comprehensive protection for firefighters in extreme thermal conditions.
