Description
The TFT Blitzfire and Blitzfire HE Portable Monitors are engineered for rapid deployment and maximum control in firefighting operations. Both monitors handle flows up to 500 gpm (2000 l/min) and feature low-elevation angles, making them ideal for indoor use or locations inaccessible to ground monitors. The patented safety shut-off valve automatically stops water flow if the monitor slides or lifts, reducing the risk of injury and water hammer effects. Operators can control flow through a turbulence-free slide valve with six detent positions. Both monitors offer quick and precise stream direction via low-friction inlet and outlet pivots, with built-in stream shapers for consistent flow. The Blitzfire HE adjusts elevation between 10° and 86° above horizontal, while the Blitzfire adjusts between 10° and 50°. Horizontal rotation is manually adjustable ±20° from center. Constructed from hardcoat anodized aluminum with a blue TFT powder coat finish, the monitors feature heavy-duty carbide-tipped legs for stability and safe transport. Standard 2.5” NH inlet and outlet connections ensure compatibility with common firefighting equipment, and optional accessories like the XX-B storage bracket and MST-3NJ stacked tips enhance rapid deployment and versatility. Compact, durable, and operator-friendly, Blitzfire monitors provide reliable water application in critical fireground operations.
