Meeting the ANSI Z87.1-2010 standard for high-impact eye and face protection, the respirator features a large lens that offers an exceptional field of vision, allowing workers to perform tasks with clear visibility. Built for comfort and durability, the 6800 respirator includes a soft silicone face seal that conforms to the wearer’s face for a secure and comfortable fit. The four-point harness ensures the respirator stays in place, even during long hours of use. The face seal is easy to clean, promoting long-term use and maintaining hygiene in industrial environments. The 6800 respirator is compatible with a wide range of 3M™ filters and cartridges, including the 2000, 2200, 5000, or 7000 Series Particle Filters and 6000 Series Gas/Vapor Cartridges, allowing protection from particulates, gases, and vapors. For comprehensive protection, it can be used with 3M™ Combination Cartridges, which filter both particulates and gases/vapors. Equipped with the innovative 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve, the respirator directs exhaled breath and moisture downward, reducing the accumulation of dirt and debris, while enhancing comfort during use. The 6800 is also compatible with 3M™ TR-600 and TR-800 powered air purifying systems, as well as Dual Airline supplied air systems, offering additional flexibility and protection against a variety of airborne hazards.
