It reliably detects up to 29 gases, including carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, and special gases such as nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), ozone (O₃), phosgene (COCl₂), chlorine, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, phosphine, and organic vapors. Fast sensor response with low t-90 times ensures rapid warnings of hazardous conditions, and extra alarm thresholds for TLV/TWA and STEL enhance safety compliance. Built with a robust, shock-proof, chemical-resistant IP68-rated housing and protective membrane filter, the Pac 8000 withstands extreme temperatures and pressures. A clear, backlit display shows gas concentrations, battery status, and peak readings, while 360° audible, visual, and vibrating alarms alert users to dangerous conditions from any angle. Data and event logging, along with Bluetooth® connectivity, allow real-time transmission to the Dräger Gas Detection Connect system for remote monitoring and asset management.
